To keep pace with growing customer orders, we have installed two new SMT assembly lines at our factory, bringing total daily PCBA output to 50,000 boards.
The new lines support 01005-size components, 0.4 mm BGA pitch and up to 16-layer boards. Each line is equipped with automated optical inspection (AOI) and in-line X-ray for BGA verification, so every board is verified before it moves to functional test and burn-in.
