SMT & Through-Hole
4 SMT lines, 0.4 mm pitch capability, BGA and QFN, plus selective and wave soldering.
AOI + X-Ray Inspection
Automated optical inspection on every board, X-ray on BGA packages. Zero-defect escape rate.
Functional & Burn-In Test
ICT, FCT and 48-hour burn-in with a written test report for every unit.
Box-Build Assembly
Enclosure assembly, cable harness, labelling and retail-ready packaging.
Compliance & Certification
UL, CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH support, including test sample submission.
Prototype in 5 Days
From Gerber file to assembled working sample, with a test report in hand.
